Beams and Columns

Oldcastle Precast offers you a variety of standard beams and columns. Our system delivers cost savings along with heavy load-bearing capacity and fast, year-round construction. Oldcastle Precast beams and columns, along with Oldcastle Precast hollowcore planks, wall panels, and other architectural products combine to construct a total precast building that meets building codes, have a long lifespan, and can be erected very quickly.

 

Non Insulated Wall Panels

Sturdy and straight, our architectural and structural wall panels are available in a variety of widths and thicknesses to meet your specific needs. Whether you use them for shear walls, load bearing, non-load bearing, interior, or exterior walls, the panels are engineered for both structural integrity and beauty.

 

Insulated Wall Panels

Oldcastle Precast has embraced Carboncast, the Altus, leading edge technology utilizing carbon fiber reinforcing to produce 100% fully-composite panels. These panels have continuous insulation top to bottom and edge to edge, improving thermal eficiency and energy cost. Desirable "GREEN" attributes are also enhanced by the fact that there are no cavities within the walls (insulation is completely encapsulated) preventing moisure and mold from accumulating.

 

 Double Tee Floors and Roof

Oldcastle Precast double tees are primarily used for applications that require exceptionally long spans, such as parking decks, bridges, swimming pools, gymnasiums, and industrial buildings. Our double tees exceed fire codes and require virtually no maintenance
